Performance Gains with the RBC Manifold

The RBC manifold is renowned for its performance enhancement, outshining the PRB and PRC manifolds in most parts of the rev range. While there is a slight power loss at lower to mid revs, the RBC manifold demonstrates its superiority from 5500rpm onwards. The accompanying dyno graph illustrates this advantage clearly: the RBC manifold (red line) sustains power generation up to redline, unlike the PRB manifold (blue line), which starts to decline at 7400rpm.

Adapting to Drive-by-Wire Systems

The RBC intake manifold comes equipped with a drive-by-wire throttle body. For those who prefer to maintain a drive-by-cable system in their K-swap or K-equipped vehicle, an adapter is necessary. Our K-series Throttle Body Adapter resolves this issue, allowing the use of a PRB or PRC (K20A2 Type S and K20A Type R) style cable-actuated throttle body on an RBC manifold.

Complete Adapter Kit with High-Quality Components

Included with the adapter plate are all the necessary hardware and gaskets. The adapter plates feature a 64mm bore, compatible with OEM-sized throttle bodies.

To prevent any leaks, the kit includes essential gaskets: an Intake Manifold Gasket and throttle body gaskets for both the RBC and PRB/PRC sides of the adapter. These high-quality Hybrid Racing Thermal Gaskets surpass OEM standards. The intake manifold gasket is crafted from a thermal-resistant polymer, minimizing heat transfer from the cylinder head to the intake manifold. Additionally, the throttle body gaskets are designed to reduce heat transfer and include a removable insert, allowing a transition from 64mm to 70mm bore size for aftermarket throttle bodies.
