HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?

Orders amounting to $199 or more qualify for complimentary shipping within the contiguous United States, which can be chosen at checkout. While expedited shipping incurs a cost, we will deduct the amount equivalent to the free shipping from the expedited shipping fee. Please note that this promotion does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses, or items that are too bulky for UPS, FedEx, or USPS delivery. If you've ordered an items which must be shipped via "Freight" a customer service representative will contact you directly at the email you have provided to us if any additional information is needed. All items shipped freight will necessitate the customer be home to receive and sign for delivery of the product.

 

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING:

If your order is processed before 12PM EST, we will do our best to ship the item same day IF the item is in stock at our location or one of our warehouses (some exclusions apply). Orders processed between 12PM and 3PM may possibly ship out the same day, if they are in stock at our location. However, there is no guarantee. We also may have an overload of orders or some unforeseen occurrence which may delay shipping. Most orders are shipped within one to two business days and take 5-7 business days to arrive within the continental 48 United States (when Ground Shipping is selected). However, sometimes, products are back ordered or out of stock and therefore will require some additional time to process the order. We will do our best to expedite the process so that the product will ship in a timely manner, as far as it is possible for us to do so.

 

TRANSIT TIMES:

The arrival time of your package is mainly determined by the chosen shipping provider and the service tier you select. It's important to remember that the majority of shipping companies do not operate on weekends or significant holidays. Shipping days mentioned by carriers typically refer to business days, which are Monday to Friday, excluding any holidays the carrier observes. For precise delivery timelines, detailed information is often available on the carrier's website, or you can reach out to our customer service team for more specific information. As a general rule, transit times are as follows:

  • Next Day Air - Transit time of 1 Business Day
  • 2nd Day Air - Transit time of 2 Business Days
  • Ground - Transit time of 5-7 Business Days

 

For orders placed for a product that is listed as “On Order” or “Out of Stock”, we will keep your order in our system for up to 60 days and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. Should the item be deemed as "Discontinued" or other unavailable within this time-frame, ASNF Performance reserves the right to cancel your order.

ASNF Performance reserves the right to split your order into multiple shipments without notification in an attempt to try and get your products to you sooner. Orders are normally only split automatically if both orders qualify for free shipping. If you wish to split your order voluntarily due to an out of stock item, please notify our customer service department and be aware that additional shipping charges may apply if both shipments do not qualify for free shipping.

 

PEAK TIME DELAYS:

Peak times for shipping carriers may delay order arrival, if you are waiting on an order you placed during these time-frames please wait additional time before contacting us in regards to any delays you are seeing.

Here are the date ranges considered peak times by ASNF Performance:

  • November 15th-December 8th(Black Friday/Cyber Monday)
  • December 15th-January 8th(Hanukkah/Christmas/Boxing Day/New Years)

 

DAMAGED / LOST SHIPMENT

Should your order suffer damage or go missing while en route, contact our customer service team immediately. Keep all packaging and boxes that came with your order, as they are required for completing a damage claim. ASNF Performance will not be responsible for any claims of damage that are rejected on account of mishandling by the customer.

Please note: An investigation by the shipping carrier must be completed prior to any replacement shipments being sent. This process can take 2 to 4 weeks and is handled by the shipping carrier not ASNF Performance. By letting our customer service team know of your issues right away, you may cut down on that time significantly!

 

ADDRESS CHANGE(S):

ASNF Performance does not allow for the changing of an orders shipping address following successful checkout via our website. However, there are certain times where an addendum may be made to the outgoing address provided there is an obvious typo. If the address provided to us is incorrect, please let our customer service team know immediately here.

Orders made with an incorrect address will need to be cancelled and re-placed through the website. If the order has already shipped, fees may apply to the cancellation. By letting our customer service team know right away those fees could potentially be avoided. So please do so the moment you notice the address on your order is incorrect! NON-REIMBURSABLE COST CLAUSE:

ASNF Performance is NOT responsible for any direct or incidental damage to components of your vehicle resulting from modifications made with parts from ASNFPerformance.com. This includes but is not limited to labor costs, installation costs, missed tune appointment costs, or lost wages due to downtime of customer vehicles before, during or following any of the aforementioned processes. By procuring parts from ASNF Performance for vehicle modification, the customer acknowledges and assumes full responsibility/liability for these potential expenses. This includes costs accrued due to any late or on-time shipments made by ASNF Performance or it's partners.
