Hybrid Racing has developed an essential cooling kit to facilitate K20A/A2/A3/Z1 engine swaps in 96-00 Honda Civic models. This convenient 7-product bundle is composed of key components necessary for efficient cooling, saving you valuable time and resources in your swap project.

Optimized Cooling with K-Swap Halfsize Radiator & 12” Slim Fan

At the core of this kit is a Halfsize Radiator, designed for a perfect fit in your chassis. It eliminates the need for custom mounts or modifications while ensuring the coolant inlet and outlet align precisely with the K-series engine.

Hybrid Racing radiators are known for their superior quality, featuring dual-core, all-aluminum construction and precision TIG welding. This construction offers a marked improvement over standard OEM radiators, which often have less durable plastic end tanks.

The kit includes a 12” Slim E-fan, slim enough at just 2.25” to fit snugly in your K-swap setup while still providing ample cooling. This combination of radiator and fan not only cools your engine effectively but also leaves room for additional modifications, such as Hybrid Racing’s AC kit.

K-Swap Silicone Hoses & Secure Clamping

Ensuring a seamless connection, Hybrid Racing Radiator Hoses are tailored to fit our radiators, accommodating their specific dimensions and inlet/outlet placements. The upper hose design cleverly routes under the cold air intake for a neater engine bay and reduced bending.

To complement these, Oil Cooler Hoses have been developed to match both the appearance and performance of the Radiator Hoses.

All hoses in the kit are constructed from 4-ply polyester reinforced silicone, meeting or exceeding SAE20R4# standards, assuring longevity and durability.

Included are four stainless steel T-bolt band clamps for the Radiator Hoses, designed with a smooth interior to prevent damage, and four regular hose clamps for the Oil Cooler Hoses.

Reliable Coolant Temperature Management

The kit features new coolant sensors to ensure accurate data readings, a crucial aspect for any tuner. Additionally, the Coolant Switch is integral in activating the e-fan at the right moments for optimal cooling.

Both sensors are designed for direct threading into the Hybrid Racing radiator, simplifying installation by negating the need for additional adapters or inserts.
