Hybrid Racing has meticulously compiled a cooling kit to cater to the needs of K20Z3/K24 engine swaps into 94-01 Integra chassis. This 8-product bundle includes a full-sized radiator, dual e-fans, plumbing components, and sensors, streamlining your swap process while saving time and resources.

K-Swap Fullsize Radiator & 10” Slim Fans

For enhanced cooling, the Fullsize Radiator offers an extra 15.5” of surface area over the Halfsize model, ideal for setups requiring additional cooling capacity. Note that for compatibility with Hybrid Racing AC kits, a Halfsize radiator is recommended.

The K-swap radiators are specifically engineered to fit seamlessly into your chassis, correctly aligning with the K-series engine's coolant inlets and outlets. This ensures a perfect fit without the need for custom mounts or chassis modifications.

Constructed from dual-core, all-aluminum material and precision TIG welded, Hybrid Racing radiators are a significant upgrade over standard OEM radiators, which often feature plastic end tanks prone to cracking.

Accompanying the radiator are two Slim Fans, each only 2.25” thick, providing substantial cooling while maintaining a compact profile for your K-swap.

K-Swap Silicone Radiator/Oil Cooler Hoses & T-bolt Radiator Hose Clamp Kit

The included Hybrid Racing Radiator Hoses are designed for use with our radiators, accommodating their thickness and the location of the inlet and outlet. The upper hose is strategically routed under the cold air intake for a cleaner look and fewer bends.

Matching Oil Cooler Hoses complement the performance and aesthetics of the Radiator Hoses. All hoses are crafted from 4-ply polyester reinforced silicone, meeting or exceeding SAE20R4# standards, ensuring durability and longevity.

The kit also includes four stainless steel T-bolt band clamps for securing the Radiator Hoses, designed with a smooth interior to protect the hoses, and four regular hose clamps for the Oil Cooler Hoses.

Coolant Temperature Sensor & Coolant Switch

To ensure accurate coolant data and efficient e-fan operation, the kit includes new coolant sensors and a Coolant Switch. These components are designed to thread directly into the Hybrid Racing radiator, simplifying installation and eliminating the need for special adapters.
