BLOX Racing's K-Swap Exhaust Headers are precision-engineered to maximize exhaust gas expulsion and amplify the powerband across the entire RPM range. Constructed from 16-gauge, T304 stainless steel, this 4-2-1 header features equal-length, mandrel-bent tubing for consistent airflow. The tubing and CNC-machined flanges are TIG-welded, ensuring durability and reliability.

Designed to cater to the growing affordability of K-series engine swaps, this exhaust header is an essential upgrade for optimal performance. It is meticulously crafted to ensure proper ground, oil pan, and shift box clearances, eliminating the need for chassis modifications or cross member alterations during installation. It fits Honda EG, EK, and DC chassis equipped with K20 or K24 engine swaps, using HASport™ or similar engine mount kits.

The header’s diameter and lengths are optimized and dyno-tested to support engines producing over 280WHP naturally-aspirated and over 400WHP when supercharged. BLOX Racing also offers compatible K-series camshafts, valvetrain components, and throttle bodies, including RBC and K2B adapters and TPS.
