Kit Contents for Comprehensive Installation

Included in the AC kit are four custom AC lines, along with all necessary wiring and O-rings for a complete setup. Please note that mounting brackets are not included.

Installation Essentials and Recommendations

For installation, retain three of your OEM lines as indicated in the install guide. Additionally, a condenser from a 96-00 Civic, the pressure switch from a stock 92-93 Civic condenser, and OEM condenser mounting bushings are required. A High-performance Slim Fan must also be acquired separately.

Straightforward Wiring Process

The wiring involves connecting the compressor, fan, and pressure switch to control the compressor's on and off states. Detailed instructions are provided to facilitate an easy installation experience.

Selecting the Appropriate Condenser and Belt

The kit is designed for use with a 96-00 Civic condenser. For the belt setup, choose a K20A3 02-05 Civic Si pulley setup and belt if excluding power steering. Otherwise, a standard K20A/A2/Z1 belt will suffice.
