Introducing the GPP RS-Ti Titanium Muffler and Tip Kit, a premium solution for crafting a bespoke titanium or titanium-steel hybrid exhaust system. Each set includes a lightweight titanium oval muffler canister and tip, a stainless-steel mounting band for weld-on hanger fabrication, a pre-welded titanium inlet pipe with a V-band flange, and a corresponding stainless-steel V-band flange and clamp to facilitate integration with steel piping. Offered in both 3.0” and 2.5” piping diameters, these kits promise high flow and a distinctively refined exhaust tone. The 105mm RS Tri-bolt removable tip enables further personalization with optional silencers and tips available separately.

The provision of pre-welded Titanium and stainless-steel flanges, along with a canister mounting bracket, means custom titanium muffler systems are achievable without the need for titanium welding skills—simply weld onto the supplied steel components.
